On 23rd of August 2017 my thirteen-year-old nice, Tatiana, died of leukemia. Despite a terribly painful illness she raised over £17,000 for charity from her hospital bed, earning her honour from the British Prime Minister.
In honour of her memory and to raise awareness of and money for Children With Cancer UK - Britain's leading children's cancer charity - an oddball group of ex-paratroopers and special forces veterans hiked 500 miles over the French Alps from Lake Leman to the Mediterranean. This is our story.
