Sunday, Oct0ber 7, 2018. First Baptist Church, Burlington, Kansas. Pastor Jay Hale. First Baptist Church of Burlington Kansas first met the first Sunday of October, 1950 as a mission church. The church was constituted in March, 1951. Since this is the first Sunday of October, we are celebrating the birthday of the church. During the past 60 plus years, there have been many individuals serving the Lord in this church. There have been 11 pastors and many members of the congregation that have served to make this church a success. We all thank those individuals.
