The film follows a Brighton (E. Sussex England) based organic farm for four months and showcases how organic food is actually produced. Apart from being informative, it further reveals organic food producing is undergoing a tough time. Throughout the year running the farm largely depends on the assistance of volunteers who are believers of organic way of life. Factors affecting people’s choices vary but ultimately the film is supposed to ask questions: what happens to the modern life style especially eating habit? What should we care for? Should we stick to our usual way or should we convert to something different?
