About the Speaker:
Craig Rhinehart (@CraigRhinehart) is Director of Products and Strategy for IBM Enterprise Content Management. He joined IBM through the 2006 acquisition of FileNet, where he served as Vice President of Product Marketing. Prior to joining FileNet, Craig was the Vice President of Marketing for Tarian Software, which was acquired by IBM in 2003.
Craig has been involved with a number of industry initiatives and has partnered with the internationally known firm, Kotler Marketing on several key ROI initiatives.
