We found that 40% of UK employees have money worries, leading to poor mental health, absenteeism, and lower retention rates equating to 13-17% of salary costs.
In The Employer’s Guide to Financial Wellbeing, we show how the use of a Financial Fitness Score can help employers understand the scale of the problem in their organisation and provide a framework for action. We have also developed a Financial Fitness Improvement Toolkit, that employers can use to specifically identify which actions will be best for them to improve their score, and reduce the cost of financial wellbeing in their business.
