1. Click the [Forget Password] in the login window.
2. A new window will pop-up. You will need to inpute your account name (email address) as well as your Google Authenticator code. Once inputted click [Reset].
3. You will receive a password reset email with a temporary password. Please use this password to login to the client. We advise that once you login to the client, that you change your password immediately for security purposes.
1. Click on your account name in the top left corner of the main window. You will then need to select [Change Password].
2. Input your current password under ‘Old Password’, and type in your new password twice under ‘New Password’ and ‘Re-enter New Password. Click [Confirm] when finished.
