Quinn and I made some stock, good stuff. Started with olive oil and chopped onion stir frying in the pan. We gradualy added the chicken. Once we cooked all that for 20 minutes we added some water that we brought to a boil. We also added 2 bay leafs and a few pinches of salt. Then we put a lid on all that and let it boil on sizzle for about 20 minutes. We then strained all the solids out for a great broth. We cooked pasta in it and added some hot lime hot sauce, very good. Quinn, my sister, my dad, and myself enjoyed our pasta in chicken broth.
