Emily Kasten is a licensed Acupuncturist, Tui Na-Oriental Medical massage therapist and an Interdisciplinary Yoga Instructor. Emily Kasten is licensed by the Massachusetts and California Acupuncture Boards, as well as being nationally certified as a diplomat in Oriental Medicine by the NCCAOM (National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine). She received her training in Acupuncture, herbal medicine and Oriental Medical massage at the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in San Diego, California. During her training, Emily completed internships at Rady's Children's Hospital in the chronic pain and hematology/oncology units, the Cancer Center and the senior center. She also worked in several community Acupuncture clinics providing affordable treatments in a group setting. Emily is also a certified Interdisciplinary yoga instructor and received her training at the Nosara Yoga Institute in Costa Rica. Emily is an alumni of the Steiner School. She has two sons, Henry in Kindergarten and Rex in parent child garden.
