Chihuly Garden and Glass is proud to present “Water’s Edge, Year’s Round” – a new installation on the Seattle Center campus created by local artists Joey Kirkpatrick and Flora C. Mace.
Kirkpatrick and Mace have worked collaboratively since meeting at the Pilchuck Glass School in 1979. They have developed a diverse body of work, which includes life size figurative wood and glass sculptures, outdoor bronze installations, and handblown glass vessels. Over the years they also worked on glass pieces with artist Dale Chihuly, including “Tabac Baskets” and “Soft Cylinders” on display in the “Northwest Room” at Chihuly Garden and Glass.
