The Bridge cast radio frequency shadows. They are captured as the car radio plays as we cross the bridges making a video of our journeys. How do interference patterns reveal the nature of radio space and the architecture of an area? This immersive installation in the anchorage under the Brooklyn Bridge in the Massless Medium exhibition of Creative Time uses 12 channels of audio and multiple sources including live radio. The audience interacts with the sound and also shifts video chapters depending on their last place on ultrasonic lines near the video screens. Sound responds to movement and to video light and to space and place.
