This 1.5 hour webinar is a follow up to the introductory level course on human rights law offered earlier this year. This course is aimed at advocates and service providers to help you assist clients facing discrimination and human rights issues. This will be a practical workshop covering the nuts and bolts of making a human rights complaint, navigating the BC Human Rights Tribunal’s website and forms, and providing guidance to clients wishing to make a human rights complaint.
This course will expand on the topics covered in the Human Rights 101 course.
Our presenter, Laura Track, is a lawyer and the Director of Education for the Human Rights Clinic at the Community Legal Assistance Society.
