This September, Silo sent 20 prototypes to beta testers around the U.S. to get real feedback and work out initial kinks. The results were incredible. We heard about broccoli slaw that actually got tastier in vacuum. We heard about meat marinading in minutes rather than hours. We heard about lunches packed the night before, and meals prepped for an entire week. We heard about berries staying fresher for way, way longer, and CSA participants reporting their organic fresh-from-the-farm haul staying good all week. More than anything, we heard time and again how simple Silo was to use. We can't wait to spread the freshness, and see Silos in many more households across the U.S.
