These are some shots I put together testing my new Canon HV20.
These were taken in San Simeon, CA. It was a very overcast day, and I think that comes across.
Here are the specs:
Spotlight Mode (to minimize gain)
Instant Auto Focus
Edited on Final Cut Express HD
Slight CC in FCE
Music by Michael W. Smith: "The Giving"
Nothing special, just some test shots.
Any comments/suggestions would be appreciated.
My main concern at this point is dealing with low light. This camera seems to struggle with gain/noise in low light, even with the "exposure lock" trick or spotlight mode (which make low light scenes too dark without staged lighting). Any suggestions on that would be great too. Thanks!
