Incoming MFA students in Applied Craft and Design devote their enthusiasm, creativity and technical know-how to an annual design/build intensive.

This year, with the help of mentors Jack Sanders and Butch Anthony, students transformed an empty cellblock at the Donald E. Long Juvenile Detention Center in Portland, Oregon into a learning center.

The MFA in Applied Craft and Design is offered jointly by OCAC and Pacific Northwest College of Art.
