Trailer for Ezra Soiferman's documentary "Man of Grease" (2000), about Cosmos chef Tony Koulakis.

With a score by Socalled, The DVD contains 2 hours of bonus features compiled by the film's editor and DVD designer, Mika Goodfriend.

Experience Montreal legend Tony Koulakis and his 11–seat greasy–spoon, Cosmos, famous for cholesterol–loaded breakfasts since 1967. Filmmaker Ezra Soiferman takes a loving look at Tony’s one-of-a-kind eatery and its loyal patrons.

Follow “The God of the Potatoes” as he nervously places Cosmos in the trust of his children and returns to his birthplace, the mythical sun–drenched Greek island of Crete, for his first vacation in 32 years. Will Tony retire in Greece or return to Canada to keep clogging our arteries?

You can skip breakfast… but you can’t miss this movie.
