This rig is my version of something like maya's curve flow but with more options and controls. The particles are goaled to a nurbs cylinder which has controls to adjust the path the particles will follow.
All the custom attributes are located on the particles for easy editing:
~ scale, scale up from birth and animated scale per axis per particle.
~ animated rotation per axis per particle.
~ goal weight and goal offset per particle.
~ along and around path speed per particle.
~ overall animated noise for floaty look per particle.
~ proximity avoidance per particle.
