Here’s how to connect eBay to Pirate Ship.

On the Ship page just click Import from Integrations, then Import from eBay.

Sign into your eBay account, and click “Agree” to grant application access.

Once connected, you should see all your Paid and Payment Pending orders.

If you are participating in eBay’s Global Shipping Program (GSP) your international orders will be addressed to a warehouse with a reference number. This way they can relabel your package with your intended recipients’ name and address when it gets to their facility.

You can customize the import grid to only show the data you need. Click any column header to open the dropdown menu and click the Columns option at the bottom. Here you can choose which columns to show or hide. For example, you might want to see Order Items, or maybe you want to filter orders using the Ship By date.

You can also drag and drop columns to reorder them, and resize them to better fit your data.

If you sell a lot of the same product, you can filter for similar orders. This will allow you to buy labels in batches. We’ll just click Get Rates to buy a label for this single order.

You can edit your eBay integration settings by going to Settings / Integrations / and clicking “edit.”

By default, Pirate Ship only imports orders that have the financial status Paid and Payment pending, but you can change this if you like.

You can also add Rubber Stamps if you want to add additional data on the corner of each shipping label. For example, by mapping the Order Items to a rubber stamp, we’ll be able to double check that we’re putting the label onto the correct box.

In Settings / Download Settings you can turn Packing Lists on for your eBay orders. When you do this, Pirate Ship will automatically generate packing lists with full Order Item descriptions when you buy a label. These packing lists will be printed when you print the label, and can be a great way to keep complicated orders straight.
