Shamefully neglected by both the independent film scene and marginalized by Channel 4, Victim of Geography is an end of the millenium road movie set between Sarajevo and Cape Wrath.
Filmed entirely with emerging camcorder technology, it broke new ground in hybrid cinema and received international acclaim - despite being overlooked both by it's original funders and a reactonary Scottish film scene.
Director/Camera Doug Aubrey has variously described the film as a landscape road movie, made-up of human faces and varying emotions as much as of physical/real places.
A redux of the film for the world-wide web will be on-line and on this site later this year.
