There are 15 large coal burning power plants in Turkey. Aytunc Akad looked into how these are affecting the quality of life of people living nearby.
Initially excited by the prospect of employment in their area, locals are finding jobs have not materialised, and the effects on their health and environment through pollution from the plant is worse than they ever imagined.
