As a nationally recognized speaker, writer, and change agent, she is on a mission to rehumanize the workplace. In her role, she supports companies to connect and engage their employees in meaningful ways, so they can become employers of choice and cultivate truly human leaders. Rachel is the Director of Wellbeing for Alera Group, a national benefits consulting firm with offices across the country and is based out of Alera Group's Baltimore office, SIG. In 2015, Rachel was named the #1 Health Promotion Professional in the country by the Wellness Council of America (WELCOA). She has also been named a SmartCEO Brava Award Winner for female leadership and one of “7 Wellness Leaders Making a Positive Impact”. In addition, she is a founding member of Global Women 4 Wellbeing (GW4W), a non-profit focused on giving women voice in their communities and at work.
