Barbara is a restless, imaginative woman from Spain's Galician countryside. Her husband, Ignacio, is a lazy, scatterbrained man. Then Barbara meets Claudio, a handsome orthodontist who has a profound impact on her. She eventually makes up her mind to seduce Claudio and commit adultery.
But BLACK TOOTH is not just about adultery, but the cornerstone of the story. The script builds on the concepts of: sexual expression; love for the land and farm work; female identity and ultimately, existential uncertainty.
