After an hour long hike along the rocky coast of Saba island (Dutch Caribbean), Corey and I arrived at a cliff with about 30ft of water as the landing. After a quick snorkel to make sure it was reasonably safe, I slapped my shoes on, and started, to my knowledge, the first accent (name TBA). The rock was surprisingly stable, and required no cleaning because no vegetation can survive the harsh hurricanes at sea level. Easy access by boat if you've got one.
