Today's large-scale software-intensive systems exhibit an increasing complexity due to a broad spectrum of technical and socio-technical components. Engineering such systems requires varying abilities and sophisticated methods which traditional software engineering approaches cannot provide because most requirements cannot be planned a priori due to the very dynamic character of the software system as well as fast evolving technologies. Therefore, it is suggested to gather end-user needs to requirements engineers at any time by applying sophisticated feedback mechanisms. End-user needs ought to be gathered in-situ by utilizing mobile devices such as smartphones. In this paper, we present such a tool that enables to submit end-user feedback with smartphones at very low effort and cost. In our approach, feedback consists of a natural text message enriched with locational information as well as multimedia artifacts. Furthermore, a feedback software architecture is presented that has been developed in the course of our research.
