EcoDoc Africa tracked the various debates on Rainwater Harvesting during the Second Africa Water Week. The highlight was the testimony of the Masai women who shared stories of how rainwater harvesting gave them dignity and status, and empowered them so that the girl children could go to school and the women could eat with the men.
