The inaugural X-Berg Challenge event took place in 2013 with a multi-day route set from Oliviershoek Pass and finish at Underberg in the Drakensberg, South Africa. Mountain Bikers raced against trail runners against paragliders. Follow the journey in the saddle by mountain bike team Guy Pitman and Alistair Stuart who ended second on the podium along with other mountain bikers who participated in the event.
