Just a quick time lapse of our freakish early snow storm. The snow weighed down the trees and ultimately several of them came down. The time laspe didn't run long enough to catch any of that action. However you can see the effects. This is about 3 hours in 40 seconds. Some other "fun" things: watch the snow accumulating and sliding off of the white car.
SBG used to process the frames. The series was compressed 7:1 using 10:1 stacking, and histogram normalization to get more contrast. The stills out of the Go Pro HD 960 are somewhat "web cam" looking under the low light, low contrast circumstances of the storm. The stacking reduced the noise a couple stops.
