Lebanon is a country of contrasts. Expensive nightclubs and bullet holes shape the cities picture. Refugee camps and the private beaches of the rich coexist. But one thing applies to everyone: Once a day the electricity will be cut for several hours. Lebanon just doesn't produce enough power for its people.
The consequences of these blackouts differ, depending on the peoples lifestyles. Refugee camps deal with water shortage during the long lacks of electricity, but also a common day at university isn't safe of a sudden shutdown.
