Daniel Gwirtzman Dance Company's signature duet Obsession has been actively in the rep since making its premiere at St. Mark's Church in 1999 as part of Dancers Responding to AIDS' the remember project. Fast, fiery and infections, this spicy duet is set to the Spanish song “Que Nadie Sepa Mi Sufrir.” Dance critic Jennifer Dunning reviewed the work in The New York Times as “intriguingly, like deconstructed flamenco dancing.”
