The Brain is where the Heart lives.
An attack on it, is an attack on the core of who we are.
This is why brain tumours are so devastating.
And what’s more: Brain cancer kills more young people than any other disease.
Inspired by a big heart and brain, the Robert Connor Dawes Foundation is inviting five of the US' top rowing teams to row their hearts out for brain cancer.
Rowing teams from Wisconsin, Stanford, Syracuse, Princeton and MIT will compete in a virtual Erg relay challenge. The team who pulls the fastest 100km wins the Connor Cup. The remaining teams go home with that warm and fuzzy feeling that they made a difference to kids facing brain cancer.
Now in our 4th year, we are aiming to raise $35,000 for Brain Matters projects, including critical research that is on the verge of exciting breakthroughs.
Watch our teams give brawn and brain, as they battle it out for the Connor Cup.
