Ray Ban is selling sunglasses to a young target group who spend most of their life in the city. But big buildings around them are making it hard to stay in the sun. That’s why Ray Ban introduce Bright Light. The application that help people to find sunspots in their city.
It uses the buildings 3D structure and the suns path to calculate which streets and places that are covered in sun. The 3D buildings are collected from Google Maps which already have all the major cities mapped in 3D.
Bright Light would build Ray Ban as a brand. Because people don't care about what a company says. It’s the action that counts.
