I had some requests for some raw green-screen footage that was shot on a hacked GH1. Here is a ten second clip that you can download and play with. It has been kept in it's original raw format, and has not been re-compressed for upload.
You can download the original 1280x720, 69.15MB raw file by right clicking on "Download this video" link under "About this video".
In camera sharpening was turned down to -2 to help avoid any extra aliasing.
Please ignore the in-camera audio, since it was just a scratch track and was replaced later with the boom mic audio.
I used my Pixelphile NTSC Indy Filmmaker Settings.
1280x720 YCC 4:2:2
85mm @ f4.0
-2 -2 0 0
This will give you a good idea of the quality of the compression in regards to green-screen. The only bummer is that in camera playback is not possible with these settings. But the RED Epic still can't do that either, so I guess it's okay:)
