I confess it, my past is sullied. I have yielded to several temptations that changed me. I have become insensitive and would be very easily irritated. Like a crownless king that has left his roots, I entered a perilous realm inhabited by sugar, acidity, coffee, smoke, cold drinks and food: I ended up losing the enameled armour of my youth.
