The University of Rochester Ain Center for Entrepreneurship's Buzz Lab Boot Camp: Four Saturdays for a Better Business, is designed for entrepreneurs, small business owners and aspiring small business owners in the greater Rochester community. The program is supported by a University Center grant from the Economic Development Administration within the U.S. Department of Commerce. Session 2, Running Your Business, took place from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, February 16, 2019, and covered the following topics: Rendering: Unchaining from Your First Idea, Payroll Basics for New Employers, and Hiring/HR/Interviewing. Instructors and guest speakers included: Mark Wilson of Neworks, LLC, and Simon Business School; Austin Fish and Kelley Carson of Complete Payroll; and Libby Bakken of the Simon Business School's Jay S. and Jeanne Benet Career Management Center.
