Hybrid coffee machine is like Riccardo’s third hand. As Head Bartender at one of the most prestigious hotels in the magic Venice, his priority is to make his customers enjoy the time they spend at the bar drinking a nice cocktail or also a great cup of coffee.
Since he isn’t a professional barista, he can take advantage of the numerous technologies the machine boasts to support him: the filter holders with a front insertion system, HPF (cold milk, hot milk and frothed milk can be dispensed directly into a cup), HYro 01 (the high-end patented extracting group) and ECG (system that grinds coffee every time the machine is used).
