Chef Sonya Coté and Hank Cathey were on hand at the opening festivities of the 2011 edition of E.A.S.T. The chef prepared a whole suckling pig stuffed with herbs. Condiments included pickled apples, homemade mustard, and preserved lemons.

The Homegrown Revival would like to thank everyone that supported last night, especially those willing and receptie guests that ate the meat right off the trotters! You know who you are.
