The California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) in partnership with the San Diego County Sheriff Department are conducting "Shoulder Tap" and "Minor Decoy" operations. ABC and the Sheriff's Department both emphasize programs that promote safety for California’s youth.
This partnership between the California Alcoholic Beverage Control and the San Diego Sheriff's Department is about enforcing alcoholic beverage laws to increase the safety of young people and help deny youth access to alcohol. ABC helps to protect communities through education and by administering prevention and enforcement programs, like these, that are designed to increase compliance with California’s alcoholic beverage laws.
