The LOVE IS ART PROJECT was a one-night exhibit created & curated by Atlanta resident Jeremy Brown, showcasing 12 white & black paintings created by 12 anonymous Atlanta based couples, with each painting safely crafted during intimacy. Each couple was given a LOVE IS ART kit, which included everything they needed to safely make a piece of abstract expressionistic art while sharing their affection. The couples were chosen with zero barriers to race, gender, sexual preferences, age, height, culture or religion...love is love. Two things that we all share are love & suffering. I've come to believe that the more love we share, the less suffering we endure, plus we might as well make a little art out of the good stuff in life. Art takes patience, dedication, practice, creativity, open mind, and an open heart...so does love. Love is art..
