An old man sick with cancer asks a young filmmaker to document his death. ”Best Wishes, Bernhard”
is a macabre portrait of a peculiar man who has a very unsentimental relationship toward living and
dying. He expresses deep loathing for caring, mourning, sympathy and other human values. Awards:
