Right from the beginning, the vision for The Dock has been to find a boat which could be moored in the heart of the Titanic Quarter in Belfast as a base for a new, shared expression of church. And we've now got our sights set on a particular boat. Its name is the Arctic Penguin, it is currently for sale in Scotland, and it is 100 feet of 100-year old craftsmanship and loveliness.
