Teresa has helped launch economic development programs, educational projects and relief programs home and abroad within her church. She adapted a nationwide legal program for local partnerships among real estate attorneys, developers, and mortgage brokers. Teresa is also jumpstarted two business involved with banking and insurance industries, has been a presenter and trainer using neuroscience technologies, communication skill development, spiritual intelligence assessments and has managed multi-media presentations for product launch designs. Among many other things Teresa also enjoys yoga in her spare time that she started over 25 years ago. Her most recent project has been the launch of her new book. She wrote, illustrated the print version and in the audio version she narrated it with character voices and sang her own songs. Your Heart Knows The Way To Go is about a nine-year old girl who goes on a magical adventure through forest, ocean and sky. Fantasy characters on her journey encourage her to learn the lessons of how to be courageous when facing challenges by listening to her inner voice for guidance. Mythical creatures inspire her to take responsibility for caring for the planet and being involved in doing her part to make a difference. She learns that when she is “full of IT, then she is at her best. When she is full of IT, she feels inspired, creative, hopeful, loving and joyful. In the end, she realizes that regardless of her circumstances she can offer her best wherever she is.
