Here are my two main positioning tactics from 50-50 position. In the first one I entangle my legs and try to lift to opponent to make his figure 4 lock easier to open. If the opponent is much heavier and manages to lift me up, I immediately rotate to 80-20, where I can attack again. At the end of the video you can see examples for both cases. In the first one Kristian Popov lifts Alexander Neufang and manages heel exposure, while in the second Alexander Neufang keeps composure after bein lifted and manages to rotate to 80-20 and inverted heel hook!
