Playing with some Unity and Kinect. It's pretty responsive, using the OpenNI/Nite drivers rather than the official Microsoft SDK.
Built some C# scripts for detection of the models hands and rigidbody sleep toggling for the state change of holding and free. I've also built some scripts for floor switches which trigger the wall explosion but this was mapped to the Spacebar on the keyboard for this example :]
Was good fun, hopefully I'll find an excuse to implement it in to some project.
