LPA regularly showcases novel and original exhibitions in its car parks, devised in partnership with major cultural institutions in the Lyon area, recent examples being the Museum of Contemporary Art and the Museum of Fine Arts.
Now, this artistic and cultural endeavour is being pursued with the Mirage Festival. Within the scope of this partnership, the Festival has called on the Chevalvert studio and the Lyon-based designer Martial Geoffre-Rouland to come up with several interactive works dedicated to movement — picked up, represented and memorised — within the Parc République car park. With this new exhibition, LPA is further strengthening its role as a committed partner alongside all urban movements by reinventing its car park as a place for creativity and exchanges.
