Minds of Tomorrow is a tool to help leaders deal with the issue of an unknown future. We are inspired by the works of prof. Helmut Gaus who studies the long term development of collective trust and doubt in society and how this manifests itself in societal expressions such as suicide and the length of skirts. With Minds of Tomorrow we have created an application of this theory that helps leaders to imagine a future for their companies or brands. It shows us for instance how in today's’ world, we are comfortably using collective approaches to cope with the doubt. It also shows that ‘soon’ more and more people will shift again into more individual approaches.
