So As I was thinking what relates to counting down, and I thought of our busy daily lives that can't seem to slow down. We're always trying to find out what's next and what's new. At first I wanted the scens to be more about the working class, something like people in a building, subway, going to work etc. However after my photographing trip downtown, I found that some other little details of the street corners are more interesting and speaks from another perspective.
The fast motion represent how busy the streets were and time really just fly past us without noticing.
My working process consist of taking at least 30 photos on a tripod at the same location. Then I drew the numbers on top using the context of that scene. I used my nikon D90 for the photos, and used a clip of ambient sound that I had previously. I used the DSLR focusing servo sound for each second because it described my process.
