Brian Piotrowicz was a Co-Producer of The Oprah Winfrey Show where he worked with a team of producers brainstorming show ideas and working with guests. Brian also traveled extensively to shoot footage for many of the shows he produced.
Brian is now a producer for Oprah’s Next Chapter which will debut on OWN: Oprah Winfrey Network, in January of 2012. Oprah’s Next Chapter features Oprah as she steps outside of the studio and takes conversations with real people, newsmakers, celebrities and thought leaders to a whole new level.
Brian began his television career in New York City as the audience coordinator for The Sally Jesse Raphael Show, was a supervising producer on The Jenny Jones Show and was part of the team of producers that launched the syndicated talk show, The Sharon Osborne Show.
When he’s not working at The Oprah Show, Piotrowicz loves watching old movies–Alfred Hitchcock films are his favorites. Piotrowicz also collects McCoy Pottery and enjoys spending time at his Indiana lake house.
Brian sat down with Camp Mighty creator Maggie Mason for an interview about his experiences on the Oprah Winfrey Show and the importance of personal intention.
