We’d like to show you what we do and share with you our passion for bread and baking. We specialise in sourdough breads inspired by the great European traditional breads, which we bake using organic flour in a wood-fired masonry oven, located in the woods behind our home.
You can use the site to order bread on a weekly basis within a ten-mile radius of the Bakery in Tracebridge, which is just outside Wellington, Somerset (TA21 0HG).
We’re also running Sourdough Classes – you don’t have to have any previous baking experience to enjoy these. We teach in groups of four so you get lots of one-to-one attention.
