Have you ever thought about how it felt for Jesus to become small? He was used to the grandeur of heaven and the perfection of relationship, yet the Bible says he gave it all up for the sake of knowing you and me. I guess you could say that Jesus did without for a season so that something far greater could happen. What if we did the same? What if we found some parts of Christmas we could do without in order to get a clearer view of how God could transform our lives? What if, through some small strategic decisions, we found a way to let go of the discouragement, stress, and chaos and actually love every moment of this sacred time of year? Jesus did it and so can we. I invite you to make worship the highest priority of your Christmas season and join us every weekend for an opportunity to put Jesus in the center of our celebrations.
