A 8" mecanum wheel is put against an 8" regular wheel which is aligned at 45 from the mecanum wheel (parallel to the axle of the rollers). The regular wheel is allowed to freely spin while the mecanum is turned.
***Note that large black marks were made on each so you can clearly see the rates they are spinning.
