Police say Ashley Bashore, 19, was texting while driving when her car struck a village man on Easter Sunday in Anchorage. Hubert Tunuchuk, who was visiting the city for the holiday according to family, died soon after. Bashore now faces charges of criminally negligent homicide, leaving the scene of an accident and tampering with evidence. She made her first court appearance on Dec. 8 in Anchorage. In this clip, Tunuchuk's aunt, Esther Stauffer, reacts to news that police have made an arrest in the fatal hit-and-run.
